I have taken my time out of my day and interviewed the main characters. I asked them simple questions, and I put it all together and below are their answers:
First I interviewed JoZee:

Favorite Band or Musicians: AC/DC, Lady Gaga, Ke$ha
Favorite Genre of Music: Rock
Favorite Cartoon Character: ...Me!
Favorite Color: Lime Green
Favorite Food: Pizza from SP! =D
Secret Desires: Uh... I want DogTown to be at peace, and DogKatz to give up his evil ways... *sigh* But we all know THAT won't happen...
Next I interviewed Susie:

After that we moved over to the evil side and interviewed Dr. D while he was working on a machine of some sort:

Secret Desires: Why must you know that?! >:( Well, I want that Cynthia person to go away...Wait, scratch that out... Leave! No, that's still putting it too mildly... LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!!! There...
Next we headed over to Robo-JoZ to see what he had to say:

Interests: Making houses of cards! Although I don't get too far making them though...

Favorite Cartoon Character: Wait, are we cartoons? "Yes," Then me! ^_^
Favorite Color: Cobalt
Favorite Food: Donuts!
Secret Desires: Personally I think we should all get along.. JoZee's not that bad once you get to know her... =D
Cynthia appeared, so I had to interview her...:
Current Residence: I dunno... Here, I guess!
Interests: Drawing hearts and stuff... 'specially if my sweetie's around!

Favorite Cartoon Character: Aw, my sweetie pie! He's so darn smexy!! =D

Secret Desires: (*giggles*) You all know what THAT would be!! XD I want to get married to DogKatz and have at least five kids with him... And move into a mansion by a lake and have speedboats, then we could all--- (Ran out of room on the clipboard, so had to cut her off there.)

These are the descriptions of the characters of the series. (The main ones, anyhow)
p.S.- I'll try to add some pics to the characters, but it might be a while.
JoZee- The hero of the comic book series. She has every super power imaginable. She has the help of her sidekick, Susie Maximum Cat.(See 'Susie')
Susie- JoZee's sidekick. She comes to JoZee's aid if she's in trouble.
Joe- A minuature chocolate lab! He loves to eat during the books, in fact, in every book he's in he's always eating something! Amazing how his stomach doesn't get bigger!
Dr. DogKatz- JoZee's arch enemy. He used to be a cat scientist, untill one day during an expieriment, the evil dog he was experimenting with fused with the cat scientist during an explosion. Thus, becoming Dr.DogKatz!!!
Robo-JoZ- Dr. DogKatz created him. He has every power of JoZee, has the same color coordination, and even some of JoZee's blood! The only thing: He has an extra feature DogKatz didn't particularly want: clumsiness!!!!
The Minor Characters
Macky- He's a short-haired brown Daschund. He received his powers from JoZee zapping him with a laser-like power when JoZee was pinned down by an evil coyote. His code-name: The Miraculous Macky!
Chance- He's a black labrador. He is one of JoZee's most loyal companions. He comes and helps JoZee out frequently.
Liberty- She works for the Daily Biscuit, DogTown's newspaper. She got her powers from a flash off JoZee's M-collar, which came from the Disabo-Ray, something DogKatz found in his closet he made years ago.
Belle- She is like Liberty's co-worker. She also works for the DB newspaper. She got her powers the same way Liberty did. She is a beagle with a white dash across her stomach. Her powers include: Laser-beams, super-strength, flying, super speed, and Liberty and Belle's special attack: The Liberty Belle Crack! (sorta like an earthquake.)
The Pipopuppies (Pipe-o-puppies)- A.K.A. Mini-Jozees. There are 7 pipopuppies, each with different colors and powers. They are the same colors of JoZee, except the color they are, the spots where JoZee has white is that color. That didn't make sense..... Sorry! :( Anyway, Here's a little sypnosis about them:
Green- He has a pair of goggles that lets him see a penny up to 3 miles away! He also has a jetpack and rockets attached to his back.
Black- He has sunglasses and excellent shooting skills. He can nail a target up to 500 meters away!
Red- He has angry eyes all the time, and has super-excellent fighting skills.
Blue- He runs at 300 miles per hour, beating a cheetah by miles in a race!
Purple- He has super-strength. He can lift up to 50 tons!
Aqua- He is a scardey-dog! He cowards every.......well, ALL the time! His power- He's awesome at video games!
Yellow- He is a normal pup. He doesn't really have any powers, but he helps the other pups with fighting.
Elemental Dragons- These are six dragons DogKatz found in different parts of the world. He collected all of the dragons that had the main breath attacks JoZee has. I'll tell you about each one:
Fire Elemental Dragon- He was found in Asia. Attacks: He shoots fire balls, a stream of fire, and fire furies.
Electric Elemental Dragon- He was found in Australia. Attacks: He weilds bolts of lightning out of his mouth, electric arcs, and electric furies.
Earth Elemental Dragon- He was found in Europe. Attacks: He harnesses the forces of earth: Earthquakes, tornadoes, and other earthly stuff. Also has Earth Furies.
Ice Elemental Dragon- He was found in...duh! Antartica! He has the powers over ice and snow. He also sends out ice shards as sharp as a chef knife! Ice Furies as well.
Water Elemental Dragon- He was found in the Atlantic Ocean. Attacks: He sends water flying out of his mouth. Also, when he is near water, he can drive it toward anywhere he wants. Water Furies.
Wind: Found in North America. This one drives cyclones out of his mouth, and creates huge tornadoes. When he uses his Wind Fury, it is almost like a hurricane.
The Monster of Black Lagoon- This is a sleek, black-scaled sea serpent that prowls around in the night in the Black Lagoon, a cursed lake.
The Coyote- His name was never mentioned, but this character is a hungry pup, and one time he actually ate JoZee, but somehow she escaped, with the Coyote saying, "How'd you-?" and with JoZee simply answering: "Because I'm Maximum Dog!"
The Specter Dog- When he first appeared in the comic Book: "JoZee vs. Specter Dog" JoZee freezes him. But in the next book, "The Return of Specter Dog", he escapes with the help of Joe, who 'accidentally' found the frozen Specter Dog and tripping, sending hot sauce crashing on it, and melting it.
Other Monsters on DogKatz's side- There are countless creatures who are on the evil side, but are just too minor to be put in the minor characters' spot! I know that didn't make much sense, but it does to me!!! ;)
